She took time to explain my conditions, the root cause of that, and possible ways forward. She gave detailed instructions about specific shoes to wear. Moreover, she gave instructions to her receptionist about my specific insurance. I was very impressed. There are pending insurance issues to solve but I hope they will resolve them promptly. From the moment I walked in, I had such a wonderful experience at Align Foot & Ankle. The office was spotless, clean, and welcoming. The customer service was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. It’s not every day you find a place that makes you feel so comfortable and well taken care of. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I left feeling extremely happy with my experience! Treated a nasty cut on big toe exacerbated by being on anti-coagulant medication. Cleaned, dressed wound and prescribed antibiotics, medicated soak, and ointment. Follow up appointment next week. I highly recommend her. She’s extremely competent, very warm and very nice, and backed by an energetic, very competent staff.
